James Heckman on social and emotional learning for kids

I was sorry to miss James Heckman, the Nobel-prize-winning economist, when he came to the Young Foundation to talk this morning on social and emotional learning for kids. As it happens, I was at a school in Whitechapel, watching how they teach social and emotional learning.
